The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.
Privacy Policy
Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned to any third party. Shipping & Delivery
All items from thoughts in vinyl are shipped UPS Priority Mail (unless requested otherwise by cardholder at the time of checkout). Orders are shipped within 5 business days from purchase date. In the event of an item being out of stock or backordered, we will notify you via email (as stated in Products and Pricing) and will ship all items in your order at the same time.
Large group orders will require a minimum of 12 business days to complete before they are shipped.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your thoughts in vinyl purchase, please let us know. We want to ensure our customer's satisfaction. If you would like to return your item and request a refund, write to: janae@thoughtsinvinyl.com within 2 weeks from shipping date. Products kept for over two weeks from shipping date without a return request are considered final. Returns must be approved to receive refunds.
A refund will not apply in the following circumstances:
a. In the event that the product has been used;
b. To any products that we have made or customized specifically for you;
c. If there are spelling errors that were result of what customer provided; or
d. If your return was not approved.
You may request a sample of your product to be sent via email so you can approve of the font, proportions and spelling.
Miscellaneous
Products and Pricing
Our vinyl prices are reviewed periodically and are subject to change without notice. At times our suppliers may run out of product causing a delay in your order. If this applies to your vinyl order, then you will be notified via email and may cancel the order of the product that is delayed.
You may request a sample of your custom vinyl order to be sent via email so you can approve of the font, proportions and spelling.
Ordering from us
We may refuse to accept an order:
a. Where goods are not available;
b. Where we cannot obtain authorization for you payment;
c. If there has been a pricing or product description error; or
d. If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
A vinyl order may be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering by writing to janae@thoughtsinvinyl.com
Group orders
For large vinyl group orders we require a minimum of 12 business days to process your order. Please keep in mind that you may need to get the order to us sooner than 12 business days to allow time for shipping. For group orders please contact Janae at janae@thoughtsinvinyl.com We can supply you will sign up sheets if needed via email with sample pictures of what the product will look like. Payment must be received in full prior to processing your order.
